鄉事
作為鄉議局當然議員、屯門鄉事委員會前主席、良田村村代表、我熟悉鄉郊事務，亦願意服務鄉民、促進城鄉共融：
一、確保特區政府維護新界原居民合法傳統權 益，按基本法精神，檢討小型屋宇政策，將【丁屋發展】非刑事化；
二、促請政府就城規及保育問題與鄉民之間加強諮詢和協調；
三、爭取優化小型屋宇家居適意設施申請機制和修訂《建築物條例（新界適用）》(Cap121)，以便居民合法改善居所；
四、爭取修改《收回土地條例》(Cap124)，要求政府在徵收土地時，按土地發展潛力向業主作出賠償；
For Rurals
Being an Executive Committee Member of the Heung Yee Kuk, former Chairman of the Tuen Mun Rural Committee and the Indigenous Villagers’ Representative of Leung Tin Village, I am well acquainted with the rural issues and affairs and willing to serve my rural people well in that:
1. to ensure the lawful traditional rights and interests of the indigenous inhabitants of the New Territories to be protected by the government; to review the Small Village House policy in order to decriminalize any good faith transfer of indigenous rights in Small Village House Developments ;
2. to urge the government for building a closer dialogues with the indigenous inhabitants with a view to avoid any adverse impact on their land interest caused by any town planning and conservation policies;
3. to lobby for greater extension of the home enhancement policy applicable to small village houses and amendment to the Buildings Ordinance (Application to the New Territories) (Cap. 121) to introduce the Minor Construction Works program for small village houses;
4. to seek for amendment to S12(c) of the Lands Resumption Ordinance (Cap 124) to enable land owners to be properly compensated for the real value of the resumed land i.e. redevelopment potentialities;
5. to fight for more resources to improve the infrastructures in rural areas, such as country roads and access, telecommunication networks etc.

在選舉中，鄉民多為他人抬橋，而少有主動參與，在議會中，往往缺少代表，每當有需要之時，舉目無助，實在無奈！
今天，我們必須要扭轉形勢，誓要選出我們的代表，進入立法會為我們發聲！
我，何君堯，根在屯門，家在新界，是一個不折不扣、土生土長的原居民，願意為大家服務！
