政綱簡介
我特別關心法治、經濟和民生三大板塊：
1. 法治
‧反對任何激進或分離主義，堅決擁護基本法精神，推動一國兩制
‧保障我們的司法和法律援助制度，免被濫用
‧維護香港法治核心價值，提升執法部門能力，堅定維護社會治安和秩序
2. 經濟
‧倡議政府與泛珠三角地區研究共同發展「灣區經濟」，將珠三角一帶的經濟發展和環境保護，有效地和互惠互利地協調，為香港帶來實質長遠經濟效益
‧支持發展及完善環保產業，在新西設立環境保護工業園，創造本地就業機會
‧開發綠色和文化旅遊，在新界西建立旅遊特色景點，同時也為新界西居民提升生活質素及帶動該區經濟
3. 民生
‧活化強積金，容許供款者按相當條件作置業及購買政府債券或醫療保險
‧重新研究興建「屯荃鐵路」的可行性，不要蹉跎歳月至2031年
‧爭取合理資源，補足新界西醫療設施，糾正新界西長期滯後於全港醫療平均水平之不理想情況
同時，我也特別關注社會裡三類中堅群組的訴求：
A. 讓中產有喘息機會，爭取上游發展空間，提升生活質素
B. 提升執法效率，捍衛執法人員尊嚴，維護香港社會治安與秩序，保障市民生命和財產安全
C. 維護原居民的合法傳統權益，按基本法精神，將「丁屋發展」非刑事化
If elected, I will focus my time and services to the (a) Rule of Law, (b) Economy; and (c) Livelihood issues.
1. Rule of Law
‧To uphold the Basic Law and oppose any form of separatism
‧To stop any abuse of the existing legal aid system
‧To stand firm with our law enforcement agencies to preserve law and order
2. Economy
‧To assist Hong Kong economy in its link with the Pan Pearl River Delta economy
‧To foster environmental protection, and help develop especially the waste management and recycling industries
‧To promote cultural and green tourism in NTW
3. Livelihood
‧To revitalise the MPF scheme to enable employees to make use of their savings for purchasing home and health insurance
‧To explore the feasibilities of constructing a Tuen Mun / Tsuen Wan Railway
‧To fight for more resources to finance the medical care and social welfare services in NTW
I intend to give prior attention and support to three major groups which form the backbone of our community:
A. Improving the quality of life for our middle class citizens
B. Empowering our law enforcement agencies to increase their efficiency and confidence in their duties of maintaining law and order
C. Defending the traditional rights of indigenous villagers under Art. 40 of the Basic Law and to de-criminalise transfer of rights in good faith under the small village house developments
