正如剛才我和全國律協成員簡單的交談，國際仲裁是重要的，特別對中國的外向經濟政策＂一帶一路＂，司法部和全國律協是可以發揮舉足輕重的作用，關鍵在於如何串連起中國國際仲裁會、華南國際仲裁會，然後強化與香港和星加坡兩地的合作，建立超越國度的影響力！爭取在未來五至十年內，奠定一個重要的里程！
Beyond Arbitration
It seems that the Russians are pretty keen about building up their arbitration practice. Simply because awards of which are normally final and enforceable beyond one country’s jurisdiction. This is indeed of greater strategic implication than that of pure commercial. I wish both the MoJ and ACLA would also reckon this especially in the context of “One Belt One Road”. In order to afford our Chinese out-bound investments a good protection, it is paramount to build up strong arbitration practice in next 5 or 10 years.
