律政司反應過敏還是遲鈍？
剛剛看到電視新聞，得知律政司就最近一些網上言論，發表聲明批評有人企圖干遇司法獨立，並呼籲大家不應忖測裁判官對立法會衝擊者判處社會服務令的量刑基礎，那並非出自於政治取向或考量！
我想他們反應是否過敏和小題大做呢？
相反，日前港大中大學生會會長在香港電台節目裡表示，以往的和平示威手法已經不合時宜，應以武力抗爭！初二事件對某些人來說是一場革命云云！這些明顯地是煽動言論，但律政司卻沒有半點的批評！雖然佔中告終已超過一年，但仍有很多人未被起訴！
我想他們反應遲鈍還是玩忽職守呢？
What is the standard of our Secretary For Justice
Just learning from the news that SJ is criticizing some comments circulating in the internet which appear to be interfering with the judicial independence. But, on the other hand, I notice that SJ is totally mute on the open statement made by the students’ leaders that they prefer violence to peaceful demonstration. I can’t help thinking that SJ is either confused or bias!
