西鐵延線

碼頭區的居民都很關心西鐵延線發展項目，今天都很踴躍地參加了我們舉辦的討論會，與會嘉賓有立法會議員鍾國斌、鐵路拓展處施鍵恒高級工程師和劉榮廣伍振民建築師事務陳淑芬則師。居民很享受今天的討論，亦明白得更多，他們只想要一條平靚正的交通鐵路，最好不要超支和延誤!

West Rail Extension
The seminar was well attended by the residents at the Tuen Mun Pier. They were all concerned with how the extension might end up with whether in terms of its design, routing, costing and construction schedule.
Based on our experience in Hong Kong, it would very likely cost us HK$3m per meter length, in other words, for building a 2.5-kilometer extension, it would be around HK$ 6.5bn. The estimated completion date would be 2022.
