今午在海翠花園舉行的親子嘉年華，因風雨關係而取消，從海邊吹來的風加上漏斗效應，竟然連帳篷也吹起，幸好沒有人受傷！

The carnival at Pierhead Garden had to be cancelled in light of the inclement weather this afternoon. The wind was so strong and coupled up with the funnel effect between residential blocks, a tent was even blown away from the flat roof garden. But luckily it landed on the top of a foot bridge and didn’t cause any injury. Wow! It was terrific!
