Building Management Talk
Butterflyers staged a building management talk right in front of the public lavatories next to the promenade off the Pierhead and Richland Gardens at Tuen Mun. I must thank Brian and Serina, the representatives from ICAC and The District Office who sacrificed their personal time for speaking to the audience on last Sunday. The discussion was intensive and useful. Some suggested that the government should take a more proactive approach in building management, such as, to provide more free legal assistance to IO and prevent corruptive practice within the management.
大廈管理講座
上週日滙蝶舉辦了一個實務講座，感謝廉政公署的金柏楊先生和民政事務處的林錦清女士，兩位犧牲了私人時間來跟大家講解有關法例，而事後的討論更為熱烈，有些街坊提出尖鋭性的問題，比喻，政府應否更主動地參與大廈管理事宜，特別地要督導業委會的工作，提供更多的法律支援服務，如何避免在大廈維修工作上出現圍標情況等等，這些我都很支持！
