Stella came to ask me about the consequence of the government’s re entry of a land under s4 of Cap 126. I said it would be serious. If any property owner should receive any notice of re entry, don’t ignore it but to rectify the breach or apply for an injunction from the court to stop the government from re entering the property.

林昭儀來訪問我有関廠廈單位業主擅自改工場成商舖，地政署向其發出警告，要求馬上糾正，否則重收物業，她問我法律程序，我說按香港法例第126章第4條，政府可以強制執行重收權，一經在土地註冊處註冊一份重收文書摘要，土地便轉歸政府，除非原業主在六個月內向法庭提出的寛免申請獲得法庭接納。
