一班國情學友敍舊於鳳溪,校長也是我們的班長,安排了米通和炒米餅作為餐前美點給我們欣賞,這些廣東傳統美食,竟然可以在沙頭角和上水找到有那麽高水準的製作,妙哉!那炒米餅,特別鬆化可口,有濃郁花生蓉香味;至於那米通,用米粉烤製,脆味無窮,我也忍不著口,也不拘謹,連吃兩餅一通,當堂醒神!
Heritage
Who says old is obsolete? I beg to differ. Look at these Guangdong traditional rice crispy and Chinese cookies, they are indeed tasty and superb. Surprisingly we can have such a high quality stuff manufactured in Sheung Shui and Sha Tau Kok. Try to imagine, if we are to promote these like the crunchy bar or Danish cookies commercially, we may conquer the taste buds of the whole world. But don’t forget to rinse your mouth with the Fujian tea afterwards!
