屯門B3X巴士，表現上是水客造成的社會交通、人流和社區生活問題，但那怨聲背後已經被刻意挑撥成另一場中港矛盾，很是頭痛。我上週被居民問及此事，馬上約見運輸暑長，Irene Ho 好好在週五見我和大聯盟，承諾正視問題，也接受我們的集體意見，將有行李和沒有行李的乘客分流;加班次;加輔導員。至於呼籲該區商舖與城巴擱置發出乘車優惠卷，以減輕人流做成的壓力，我們會繼續爭取的。另外有人建議叫內地取消一簽多行的措施，我們必須小心處理，萬萬不能將事端惡化處理。我在週六已經見到有明顯改善，還須繼續。

I have been asked by some Tuen Mun residents to look into the problems posed by the influx of cross border visitors at TM, especially the overwhelming traffic congestion at Heung Sze Hui Road and disruption to the normal bus passenger service.
In order to avoid this incident being escalated into yet another serious social dilemma between HK and the mainland, I sought to see Ms Irene Ho, the Deputy Commissioner of Transport who is in charge of the traffic issue in NT and reflected to her of proposed solutions of me and NTCG. She was receptive particularly about triage; provision of extra assistants to manage the crowd by Citibus; request for cancellation of pre sale of bus fare vouchers by the shops out there etc. Although I saw some improvements being made in the following day, I would continue to follow up the matter and report on the progress.
