昨晚，我看中央一台介紹秦基偉，他為國家服務，九十年代出任國防部長，他為人堅毅不屈，豁達，不貪錢，不亂搞男女關係。他終成正果。
再看無線新聞許仕仁一案，他為香港服務，千禧年代出任政務司，他為人豪爽，享樂，犯貪污，亂搞男女關係。他自食其果。

It is such a sharp contrast that the former was a life-time military man serving his rank up to Minister of Defence before his retirement in China in the last century, The latter was a life-time civil servant and ranked as the chief Secretary before his retirement in HK in the new millennium. The former was well respected for his professionalism whereas the latter was well respected but subsequently convicted for corruption.
