I was there last night!
I went to admiralty to check on true situation. I have three observations:-
1. 70 % of those who were there at the protest area were young people below 25. There were over 20k of them I believe.
2. They were upbeat, clever and passionate, a well fed group of rational fellows;
3. They were hopeful and eager to embrace for their future.
But I urged them to pay respect for others who are deeply disturbed by their passionate act of occupying the trunk road. They need to negotiate rather than to hold the government at ransom in the fight for democracy.
They should retreat to take up all the leisure parks and spaces for continuation of their democracy campaign.
Livelihood is the vocabulary that they need to learn more about apart from democracy!
