Discussion vs No Discussion

At a specially convened meeting of TMDC, we are supposed to discuss the proposed development plan for bus services in Tuen Mun District. But due to the fact that some basic principles are yet to be ascertained by the Transport Depattment, hence, it is called to adjourn the discussion. I am the only one to vote for continuing the discussion today otherwise it would defeat the purpose of convening the special meeting in the first place.

今天是屯門區議會交運特別會議討論屯門巴士路線發展計劃，由於議員認為首先解決幾個原則性問題，例如，高速公路巴士是否容許設置企位，如果容許，那又是多少呢等等，若果未有定調，今天就不用繼續討論的必要，我是認為縱使原則尚待澄清，畢竟只是討論，旣然也來了， 今天繼續討論也是無妨，可惜其他議員不贊同，今天的會議是白費心機的!
