William Yu interviewed me on the topic of imposing levy on MSW, I said I would agree to it if it was meant for genuine purpose of promoting 3 Rs policy. Also if KS Wong was really serious about combating the problem right from the source, he should now be ready to come up a draft bill for consideration without having to wait until 2016. Mind you,he has been in the office for almost two years without making any progress at all. Does he want to waste another two years before he steps down？
