他在新界養豬多年，提起梁植（又名植叔），無人不認識，他雖然已年屆九十六，但聲如洪鐘，體魄壯健。上週末他邀請我們到他的農塲去摘龍眼，那正是合適季節去品嘗這道水菓，最值得欣賞的是那農塲原始優美丶翠綠恬靜的環境!塘中的福壽魚很活躍，只需簡單的魚具，魚鉤放進水裡不出半分鐘，便馬上鈎到魚了! 勁有滿足感!!
Uncle Chik at his 96
Mr Leung Chik ( also well known to be Chik Suk) is a respectable person who used to practise pigs farming in NT. He is now 96 years old but he is as strong as a bull. Last Sunday, he invited me to his farmland to harvest Long Ngan which is right for the season. Despite the lack of maintenance there, the environment is serene and lively. Look at the fish from the pond, they are easy to catch. What you need is a simple fishing kit. Almost as soon as you put the hook into the water, the fish would take the bait. What a splendid feeling!
