通過我的前同事邱志新先生的安排，我被邀請到有超過200名學生的講廳演講我的中國夢。一國兩制的概念基本上已經協助香港的DNA在全國範圍內散播，這種DNA是關於法治、分權以及它的價值觀將如何塑造中國，並最後使中國成為可以改變世界的超級大國。如果中國公司的概念在2008年成功路演，其貨幣和國家債券一定會在未來10至15年成為“搶手貨”。如此，法律將會被要求成為陪伴監督的必須，就如今天的美國一樣，具有全球性的重大意義。這就是我的中國夢！
Talk to the students at Police Officers College
Through my former staff Mr Jack Chiu, I was invited to speak to over two hundred students above my China Dream. The One Country Two Systems concept has basically assisted the HK DNA to spread across the nation and this DNA is about the rule of law, separation of powers and also how it’s value would shape up China and at last to make her a super power to change the whole world. If the concept of China Inc was successfully in her road show in 2008, her currency and sovereign bonds would definitely be on hot demand in next 10 to 15 years. As such, the law that is required to chaperone all these would just like those of the US today, have the global significance. That’s my dream for China!
