這是一個由廣州和新加坡合作總體開發的綜合性新發展項目，位於廣州科學城，毗鄰深圳，通過九龍路可以直達。新城計劃包括大幅土地，預計可容納500多家企業。發展商向我們展示一個新知識城的模型和一套3D電影，使我們印象深刻。我即時想知道為什麼他們會選擇新加坡作為發展這項目的合作夥伴而不是我們香港發展商，雖則我們是這樣的鄰近廣州。如果廣州知識城選擇香港參與這個項目將會是很好的事，因為香港的發展商可避開香港的土地短缺問題而轉向發展廣州大陸巿場，將可開拓一個新的發展空間。
Sino- Singapore Guangzhou Knowledge City
This is a new conjoint property development project of Guangzhou and Singapore city which is to be situated at Fu He Shan near Zhengzhen. It can be reached via Kowloon Road. The new town is going to a vast area and it is expected to house more than 500 enterprises. A city model and an impressive 3D movie were shown to us and both were equally impressive. My instant response was to wonder why Singapore was chosen to be their partner in endeavoring this sort of project and not us since we are situated right next to Guangzhou. It would be a good idea if Hong Kong was chosen to participate in this sort of project since there is a land shortage problem of which developing in GuangZhou will satisfy our need and what’s more, it will create a new market for us in future.
