The congregation of over 400 villagers at Heung Yee Kuk on Wednesday afternoon achieved good publicity. More importantly, the messages we wanted to put across was effectively conveyed. We want legalisation of the illegal structures mostly those which are minor in nature and also for change to the outdated and inadequate law to accommodate the needs of the society.
