美景花園業主大會

於2012年10月28日(星期日)，我與陳嘉輝見習律師出席美景花園的業主大會，當天有超過400名居民出席。由於美景花園有超過三十年樓齡，但仍未進行過大維修，因此居民都十分關注居苑的狀況。當天最主要的議題是是否進行大維修，經過投票後，居民們明智地決議通過對美景花園進行大維修工程。

On Sunday 28th October Ray and I attended the owners’ meeting of Mei king garden where over 400 residents attended.  It was obvious that the residents were really concerned in the affairs of their estate and since (Mei King) was constructed over 30 years ago the new renovation would be the first extensive renovation that they have ever had in the last 30 years.  The major resolution to be passed on Sunday was to renovate or not.  The outcome was sensibly passed in favor of such resolution.
