Walking my Charlie in Vineyard this afternoon is extraordinary for three obvious reasons.

First, I am early home.

Second, it is really hot at 37*c outdoor when the storm is looming and dragon flies are hovering.

Third, until now, I didn’t realise that the backyard here is that pleasant.
