好開心能夠見到粵劇發燒友、新光的常客吳小姐以及她的妹妹。除此之外，更加令我驚喜的是我發現一個著有建設新光初期的捐贈者名單紀念碑上面，有我已故的爸爸何新榮的名字。這是一個令人快樂的意外發現。
It was nice to meet Ms Ng’s sister at Sunbeam Theatre who has been a frequent visitor and staunched supporter for Cantonese Opera there. Apart from that, it was even more surprising for me to discover that there was a souvenir flag showing the name of a generous donor who borne exactly the same name of my late father – Ho Sun Wing. It was just a happy coincident.
裝修過後的新光戲院是老一輩市民最愛去欣賞粵劇的地方。音響效果一流，最新的戲目是“俏孔明”。今日郊遊以及在鯉魚門晚餐之後去新光睇戲，被認為是全日的最有亮點的一個環節。
Sunbeam alias Sun Kwong after renovation is obviously a very popular spot for our senior citizens to appreciate traditional Cantonese opera. The audio system is superb and the interior. The newly release title “Handsome Hong Ming” is considered to be the highlight of their whole day event after having an outing and a round of seafood meal at Lei Yue Mun.
