今日是很忙碌的一日。首先早上8：30就來到香港電臺參與一個叫Backchat的節目接受訪問，之後我用了45分鐘在辦公室處理事務。然後因為十一點的屯門區議會小組委員會議暫停了辦公室的事一下。會議之後，我回到港島區一間東南亞餐廳吃午飯。午飯一完，我又冒雨馬不停蹄地趕回辦公室去接受《CHINA DAILY》記者一個小時的訪問。訪問結束後，我又要繼續今日的下一個行程，就是參加一個有180多名長者參與的茶聚會去同他們討論他們日常可能遇到的法律問題。之後我就遇上困難了，左右為難究竟是去5點在東湧的關於學校管理的會議呢，還是回去律師公會開關於第三階段的探索者總結會議。最後我決定跳過前者以不影響我下一個在六點的安排。發表了我對探索者的感想之後，我又繼續行程，來到另一個在葵興的活動問候下當地的老人家，我只能停留了18分鐘就要繼續像馬拉松一樣趕到屯門泥圍吃一個火鍋晚宴，主辦方預計我們會在晚上8：15之前到，但當我同Wing到的時候，就遲到了2分鐘，於是我跑上舞臺並且就可以舉辦這麼好的聚會而向村民祝賀。我又與他們談到我較早前接受南華早報訪問時提到的最近公佈的僭建物登記計劃的缺陷與不足。收到了村民一輪讚賞。沒多久，我和Wing又再次上車，接著就來到梨木樹邨參加荃灣區議員鄒秉恬先生的小型演唱會。鄒生邀請我上臺合唱和負責抽獎，觀眾反應好好，他們不單單因為聽到好歌而高興，更多的是因為抽到的獎品。當我回到家已經是晚上10：45分，Gemma為我準備了我最喜歡的宵夜！
Today is a busy day. Starting with an interview in the RTHK radio program called Backchat at 8:30am, I returned to office for 45 min desk work. Then I was off for a sub committee meeting under the TMDC at 11 am. After that, I came back out to the island for lunch at South East Restaurant. As soon as it was over, I dashed back to the office in the rain to meet the reporter of China Daily. It took up an hour. When finished, I was on the way again. This time I went to attend a group of 180 elderly to talk about the law they might concern. Then I found myself stuck in the dilemma of whether rushing for a school management meeting at tung Chung at 5 or going back to the Law Society for a wrap up event for the phase 3 of Path Finders. And I eventually decided to skip the former in order not to miss the latter at 6pm. Having spoken about my feeling for Path Finders, I was on the road again for another greeting with the elderly at Kwai Shing. Stopping there for 18 mins then I needed to race with time for a hotpot dinner at Nai Wai in Tuen Mun. They expected us to be there before 8:15pm. When Wing and I got there, we were only 2 mins late. I went up to the stage and congratulated the VRs for hosting such a good event for their fellow villagers. I also spoke about what I just said to SCMP on my way the pitfalls of the recently announced illegal structures registration scheme. Rounds of applauds were received. Shortly thereafter, Wing and I were back on the car again. This time we headed for Lei Muk Shue to attend the mini concert organized by Mr Chow Bing Tim, a Tsuen Wan district councillor. Mr Chow invited me to the stage for a duet and lucky draws. Not only were the audience pleased with the singing, they were also happy with the prizes they got. By the time when I got home, it was already 10;45pm. Gemma served me the late supper which I enjoyed the most!
