Pre meeting chat with the DO and his staff before the tripartite meeting
民政事務局、鄉事委員會以及屯門36個村的村代表一起召開三方會議是一直以來的一個慣例。但之前這個會議休會了兩年直到本月初才再次召開。這次會議的目的是促進各個政府部門與村民代表之間能建立更加良好的溝通關係，互相了解。我決心充分利用這個契機，將之視為一個打破鄉村與城市社會隔閡，更好地促進改革的橋樑。
Tripartite Working Committee of Tuen Miun on 16-4-12
It was a long standing practice to hold a tripartite meeting amongst the District Office; Rural Committee and the Village Representatives of all 36 villages in Tuen Mun. But this has not been held for the last two years until its restoration this month. The purpose of this meeting is to promote the better communication and understanding between various governmental departments and the village representatives. I am committed to fully utilise this as a bridge to achieve the betterment of Tuen Mun’s rural and urban community.
