I guess Sir David was thinking about a solution for the illegal structures problem in NT. He is a veteran policy maker for the NT Administration in the old day. His wisdom is still pretty much sound and applicable which is seldomly seen in the government these days!

It is always a joyful thing to celebrate one’s birthday especially when seeing good old friends gathered together to renew the good old friendship. This evening I accompanied my mom to attend the small but cosy birthday dinner party of Sir David. If my dad was there, he would also love to attend!
