我在跳蚤市場一個專售單車旅行用品的老闆Sam Ho手上買了部很輕的爬山單車。我很心急想試下部新單車。於是我一到家就將部單車組裝好，然後從我家踩到數碼港，之後再去堅尼地城，然後又踩到中環，經過新的政府總部大樓，搭電梯經過一個花園平台到金鐘。我繼續踩去灣仔福臨門，然後轉入跑馬地。準備從藍塘道踩斜坡爬上南風道之前，我還在麥文記食了個雲吞麪。從坡頂衝落下面是最開心的。從香港仔到風景區，又過了30-40分鐘車程。全程我一共花了三小時，整條路線給我的感覺就是非常美麗非常舒服，我想可能每日經過這裡的巴士司機因為工作慣性和盲目感的關係，反而忽略我的存在，有幾次巴士在我身邊近距離擦身而過，情況相當危險！！

At the flea market, I bought this light weight mountain bike from the biking tour operator, Mr. Sam Ho. I couldn’t wait to try out this new bike. As soon as I got home, I put on my biking outfit and rode from home to Cyber Port and then to Kennedy Town, onwards to Central, passing through the new Government Offices and I fetched a lift down from the terrace garden to Admiralty. I continued to ride to Fook Lam Moon in Wan Chai, then I turned into Happy Valley. I decided to stop over at Mak Sui Kee for a wanton noodle before making an uphill climb over the Blue Poor Road to the top of Nam Fung Road. Surfing down from the top of the gap was the most pleasant excitement. From Aberdeen to Scenic, it was another 30 to 40 minutes ride. Altogether, it took me three hours to finish the entire journey. My overall experience about the road users is that the majority of them were nice, except the bus drivers, probably due to the size of the buses they needed to handle, who tended to be less considerate and indulging towards me. On several occasions they really passed by me at close proximity That’s pretty dangerous indeed!!
