青雅苑業主立案法團主席黃先生受到區內居民的熱烈歡迎。這晚，超過250位賓客出席了晚會。全晚的高潮是一班小朋友令人印象深刻的拉丁舞表演。可知道他們的潛力還未得到充分的發揮。其實我們很有幸，能夠有這樣良好的環境去培養我們的下一代去成為我們社會的棟樑。

Mr. Wong the chair of the IO of the estate was welcomed by the residents within the estate. On this evening, a dinner gathering was held for over 250 guests. The highlight of the evening was the performance by the young children. Their latin dance was impressive. I can well foresee that their potentials are yet to be fully released. We are indeed very fortunate to have such a good environment to groom our young into the future beams of our society.
