這晚難得Conrad夜晚上完他的法律課程之後能夠和我們一起食飯。可口的點心,完美的焗豬扒飯,令我胃口大開。於是我又點了一個炒麵,不同於一般把所有材料都炒在一起的傳統炒麵,這裡的炒麵豬肉湯和芽菜是和面分開上的。我覺得這是一個很雅緻的細節。廚師對食物有自己一套見解和創新的膽量,真的非常好!

Nice food at Loyal Diner

It is not very often that Conrad is able to join us for a quick nibble of food after finishing his LLM classes in the evenings. This particular evening’s timing was just right and coincidental. The dim sum was delicious and the oven baked pork chop with rice was perfect. My appetite encouraged me to go further for another dish and I ordered fried noodle. Instead of stir-frying with all the ingredients together, the pork and bean sprouts in gravy sauce was served separately and I would say it was done pretty elegantly. The chef has great sense and guts to try something unconventional. That’s nice!
