這場面是感人的。在11月12日,我參加了海翠花園業主立案法團的特別股東大會。雖然現任的管理公司將要被新的公司取替,他們仍然為各住戶忠心和勤力地辦事和統籌這個股東大會。經理朱先生的出色服務受到高度讚揚。諷刺的是,他和他的公司都未能夠因此而續約。令到他們未能成功續約的一個重要原因,就是他們的服務收費!他們失去了續約的機會,僅僅是因為他們服務的標價是最高的。

The guy being fired was with a smiling face

The scene was a touching one. I attended the EGM of the IO of Pierhead Garden on 22nd November 2011. Although the incumbent management company was about to be replaced by a new one, they still acted faithfully and diligently for the residents and coordinated the event till the end. Mr. Chu, the site manager was highly acclaimed for his outstanding service. Ironically, he did not get a new contract for his company. One of the paramount factors which dictated the outcome was the pricing for their service! They lost it simply because their bid for the job was the highest.
