在二零一一年九月三十日，我很榮幸獲邀出席於荃灣海濱花園的臨時校舍舉行的就職典禮。當晚，校長、學生會歷屆主席及其他同學都一起參與這個新舊交接的莊嚴時刻。

珠海學院的新校舍將於二零一三年落成。

The 43rd Inaugural ceremony of the Students Union of Chu Hoi College

Chair persons, the College Vice- Chancellor and others joined in a solemn moment where a new term constituted the change-over of the previous board to a new one. I was honored to be invited to witness this change over on 30th September 2011 at their temporary premises in Rivera, Tseun Wan.

Their new premise is due for completion in 2013.
