An outlook from the window of a mediation room
In just less than a period of four days, I had gone through two mediations for two cases. The first one was a stiff situation whilst the second one was of reasonable prospect, capable of settlement. During the break, I stared out of the mediation room and viewed a hustle moment in Admiralty.
