我們一團共63位中國委託公證人到北京人民大會堂去參加續任頒證儀式。司法部部長吳愛英出席主持典禮，她高度評價了中國委託公證人制度對中國經濟發展有著極之重要的作用。中國委託公證人的職責是通過提供專業法律服務來營造一個和諧社會環境。吳部長在此高度讚揚中國委託公證人制度在過去三十年來所作出的貢獻和成就。另外，中國法律服務有限公司就是香港司法部門的一個窗口，負責協調內地和香港的公証法律工作，以配合中港兩地人民需求。
Ceremony of renewal of appointment of CAAO
A group of 63 China Appointed Attesting Officers (“CAAO”) attended the renewal of appointment ceremony at Great Hall of the People in Beijing. Minister of Justice, Madam Wu Ai Ying officiated the ceremony and remarked that the CAAO system is a success and very helpful in assisting China’s economic development. CAAO equipped with a high degree of legal knowledge is also of the mission to improve social harmony. She highly praised the work and contribution of the CAAO during the last 30 years. On the other hand, China Legal Services Co. is a window company of the Ministry of Justice in Hong Kong which has been instrumental in shaping up the attesting service and practice to suit the needs of the people in Hong Kong and the mainland.
