海堤灣畔於2010年12月18日舉行一年一度海堤繽紛聖誕夜，合共有二百位海堤灣畔住客參加當晚的聖誕夜，而當晚的活動內容包羅萬有，除了遊戲攤位之外，還有中小學校學生為大家演奏音樂和刺激的抽獎活動。何律師出席當天的 聚會獲與眾同樂之餘，更即場回答居民一些法律提問。從那些活動中可看得出，該區內居民生活偷快鄰里關係和諧，這證明了群策群力參與區內事務，我們可以創造更美好的居住環境。
The annual eventful Seaview Christmas Eve was held at the club house of Seaview Crescent on Dec 18, 2010. Over two hundred guests attended the party and enjoyed themselves in playing and viewing performances of primary and secondary school student. The party reached its climax when residents were to receive their lucky-draw prizes. Junius was invited to attend as a special guest. But residents seized the opportunity to consult him on matters pertaining to legal issues. To which, Junius was happy to entertain. It evinces that with the joint collaboration and co-operation in dealing with matters of common concern, we can make our community a much better and pleasant place to live in.
