今天很高興能被邀請來參加學校的管理會議，更加高興的是能與該校的創辦者蔡一凡先生見面，老先生從上世紀60年代初創辦學校並一直堅持參與學校的管理至今，他真的是一個不平凡的人！
Tsuen Wan Chiu Chow Public School
I was glad to have been invited to attend the school management meeting on 2nd February 2012 and to have met Mr. Tsoi Yat Fan, the founder of the school who established it in the early 1960’s and is still participating in the management now. He is just extraordinary!
