港區省級政協委員聯誼會專業委員會邀請梁振英先生談談「十二五規劃與香港專業人士的挑戰與機遇」，我代表香港律師會出席了是次午宴。梁振英先生講述三十年前 專業人士如何幫助深圳進行城市規劃的經驗。我們投入了很多的計策，故此現時的深圳看來有很多地方都與香港相類之處。所以，他相信香港的專業人士將在未來五年於國內的經濟扮演一個重要的角色。同樣，這對於前海的 發展同樣重要，雖然梁先生在此話題上提及較少。

CY spoke about 12th Five Year Plan particularly the role of play of the professionals
HKCPPCCMA invited CY to speak about his view on the 12th Five-Year Plan and particularly on the role that the professionals were to play therein. I deputized Huen to attend the luncheon. CY spoke about his experience of how professionals in Hong Kong helped out on the urban design of Shenzhen thirty years ago. Our input was immense and this is reflected by Shenzhen’s resemblance to Hong Kong. He is therefore confident that Hong Kong professionals would continue to play a significant role in China’s economy in the next five years. Likewise, it would be so in Qianhai although he was not too conversant on the subject.
