今天我行運呀，兩個建議都得到泛民和建制同事的支持通過。

首先我在仲裁草案中指出，律師行業不應無理地被禁止參與仲裁案件第三者出資助訟相關工作，與會者包括主席郭榮鏗都傾向支持我的建議。

另外，政府在立例管制醫療儀器方面的工作，流於粗疏，我動議修訂張超雄的動議，促請政府重新設立規管醫療儀器立法院工作小組，特別是將醫療儀器和美容儀器區分。結果，在15名出席議員中，有11名支持，3名棄權，沒有反對下獲得通過！

Good Morning!

It is really a good morning! With joint collaboration between the Pan-Dem and also Pro-Establishment, I am able to achieve two objectives today:-

1 regarding the vetting of the Third Party Funding Bill, my proposed deletion of S96G(2) is receptive to the committee, DoJ will go back to consider my proposal further. Hopefully, it would be included in the main CSA altogether；

2 regarding the control of medical equipments, my amendments to Cheung Chiu Hung’s motion is accepted by a majority vote in the panel.
