昨天的調查委會中，我反對秘書處草擬的一份工作範疇，原因很簡單，我們旣然已經有份職權範圍，不想再橫生枝節，又加入一件額外的。泛民同事當然歡迎把該文件納入，但我卻堅持反對，並要求投票表決，浩鼎鼎力支持，而其他幾位建制的朋友就有點猶疑，礙於時間關係，我們下次再定！

During the meeting on UGL yesterday, I objected the secretariat to put in an attachment called the scope of work as it seems to me an extension of the Terms of Reference (TOR). Obviously, the 4 pan-dem members welcomed it to be put in. When I insisted to expunge it and called for a vote to decide on the issue, the chair was reluctant. Holden was with me all along but the other three of our side were hesitant. Due to insufficient of time, voting was deferred for next meeting.
