會見大成律師事務所王忠德主任

中國俗語有云，貴人出門招風雨，它可以適用於王忠德主任來香港這幾天的情況。他與我分享了他管理亞洲最大的律師事務的運營經驗。無為而治是道家的基本理念，王主任說這也是他的執業信念和準則。不管你相信與否，他的律所在短短的九年間由最初的150名律師增至3600名，律師團隊規模現時仍在不斷擴大，跨越國界到其他世界各個主要的司法管轄區域，我很渴望見到其未來的發展！

There is a Chinese saying that where-ever a noble-like person attends, he attracts shower. It may apply to Wang Zhongde as he is in town these few days. He shared with me his vision of running the biggest law firm in Asia. To govern without interfering is the Taoist’s concept, he said that’s his belief and canon in running his practice. Believe it or not, his firm grew from the size of 150 to 3600 lawyers in 9 years. He is still expanding it and across the border to other major jurisdiction worldwide for which am eager to see!
