得利工業中心業主立案法團主席麥石海和他的委員會成員邀請我為他們的名譽法律顧問出席他們在2013年3月16日的春茗聯歡晚會。
屯門區議會議員大興區代表朱耀華先生也出席了晚宴，這是他的第15次出席。其他出席者包括警局代表張文演及DO的代表李美儀女士。一共有30圍台的嘉賓出席了此次春茗晚會。
晚會之際，我簡單地提到大廈管理委員會（“管委會”）為提高法團對良好管理標準的重視而面向屯門區200個業主立案法團組織的“法案類”競賽。最近政府推出驗樓驗窗計劃（“計劃”），要求所有業主確保樓宇和窗戶保持在良好狀態,否則，將會被檢控。我希望麥主席支持此有意義的競賽並贏得此計劃的獎金。
禮節活動之後，直奔主題，晚餐、幸運抽獎及娛樂活動直接開始。當Philip為大家演唱時，我們全部都被他的歌聲所感染和打動，忍不住湧入舞池，場上充滿笑聲與歡樂。
有人說：如果可以在快樂與不快樂的生活之間做出選擇，當然是選擇前者，為什麼呢？因為在大多數情況下，生活苦不堪言。我喜歡這樣的態度！

The Incorporated Owners of Yau lee industrial building’s Chairman Mr. Mak Shek Hoi and his fellow committee members invited me as their honorary legal adviser to attend their spring reception dinner on 16th March 2013.
Tuen Mun District Councillor Mr. Chu Yiu Wah of Tai Hing District also attended the dinner. This was his at least 15th appearance. Other attendees included representatives from the police Mr. Cheng Man Yin and Ms. Lee Mei Yee of the DO.
There were 30 tables of guests to attend the dinner.
On this occasion, I briefly mentioned about the plan of the Building Management committee to organise a “bill board-type” competition for all 200 Incorporated Owners in Tuen Mun in order to raise their attention for good management standard. Recently the government has introduced new laws which require all building owners to ensure their buildings and windows to be in good condition. Failing which, they may be prosecuted. I would hope Chairman Mak would give his support to such a worthwhile course and in due course win the prize too.
As soon as all the formalities were over, the dinner went straight ahead and did the lucky draws and entertainment. The attendees totally got carried away as soon as Philip sang. They could not help pouring onto the dancing pool for fun and laughter.
Someone said, “If there is a choice to choose between living happily or not, the choice must obviously be the former!”. Why? Because life in most cases are miserable. I like this attitude!
