單非講座

 我昨晚以客席嘉賓身份出席了屯門區議會的醫療及復康服務工作小組及大圓滿持明喜樂中心舉辦的講座。席間我從法律角度向大家講解何謂“單非”，除了解釋基本法對香港永久性居民的定義外，亦講述吳嘉玲案及莊豐源案的影響。

I attended a talk organised by the Medical and Rehabilitation Working Group of Tuen Mun District Council and the Great Perfection Buddhist Centre as a guest speaker where  I explained the term of, “singly non-permanent resident pregnant women” from a legal perspective.  I also provided explanations on the definition of Hong Kong Permanent Residents in the Basic Law and talked about the impacts of Ng Ka-ling v Director of Immigration and Director of Immigration v. Chong Fung Yuen.
