見到這張我們家族年輕一代放假聚在一起的照片，讓我想起七十年代我們年輕的時候被送往英國留學的美好往昔。三十年的時光就這樣過去如白駒過隙，而現在我們家族的新一代也在快速成長，很快他們也會步向他們獨立的日子，如我們當初從父輩手中接棒那樣繼續面對生活中一個又一個的難關，這就是我們所講的繼承！我非常喜歡這個傳承的過程，更覺得他們應該成為能從父輩走過的路當中吸取挖掘有用的經驗，並轉化為自己的有形資產的年輕一代！
Succession
Upon seeing this photo of our younger generation mingling together during their term break, it reminds me of the good old days when we were sent to UK for study back in the 70’s. A good old thirty years have gone and now our younger generations are growing up fast and soon they will have their own independent life to walk through, to continue the life mission as what we were charged with from our own parents, that’s what we call, succession! I thoroughly enjoy the due process of it and now have to speed it up to tap in those experiences and convert those into somewhat tangible assets for the younger generations!
