Hitting the back page
While taking the plane home, I was pleased to be told by Professor Douglas Arner that The Gulf Times has published a photo of yesterday’s specialist panel discussion. Although we didn’t hit the front page, the back page equally gave us a very prominent coverage and indeed next to the PM’s handsome look.

The defense secretary said what’s left of Al Qaeda numbers no more than 25 men in Afghanistan. Yet President Obama cites the threat is still clear to justify keeping US forces there….to deal with the 25 men!
