我們抵達的這一天，就立即被邀請去參加四個不同司法管轄區的法律協會舉行的聯合會議，這四個不同地區分別是，馬拉西亞、沙撈越、沙巴以及新加坡。席間，我們每個人都介紹了最近在我們各自的國家或者司法界的法律發展情況。
Meeting the Bar Leaders before the Quadrangular sport meets
On the day of our arrival, we were immediately invited to join the bar meeting held amongst the law associations of four jurisdictions, ie, Malaysia, Sarawak, Sabath and Singapore. During the dinner, each of us introduced the recent legal developments in our respective country or judisdiction.

沙撈越州法院真是好高科技
在我們訪問行程的第二天，我們被允許現場旁聽了在法院一個庭的審理，甚至可以拍照，與他們的電腦相比，我們就好似中世紀出來的人一樣。
Sarawak court is hi- tech
On the second day of our visit, we went to attend a live performance show in the court at which a chamber hearing was staged and we all were allowed to view the process taking place and photos were even allowed. As compared to their computerization, we are just in the medieval period.

為了減少當事人因簡易程式出庭而花費的人力物力，當地州法院是允許當事人通過互聯網應訊的。
Appearance via Internet
In order to relieve practitioners from taking long journeys to appear briefly in person for applications in court, appearances through the internet is permitted.

沙撈越州法院的首席法官向我們介紹他們的歷史以及在法院推行電算化的經驗。他所提到的電子歸檔以及電子支付已經在日常生活當中普及令人印象深刻，這個報告的內容帶給我們很大一個驚喜！
CJ’s briefing
The CJ of Sarawak Court briefed us about the history and their experience in introducing court computerization. It was pretty much a pleasant surprise to us that they were so determined in introducing electronisation in their daily management. Efiling and e payment had been generally and commonly used in their daily practice. That is impressive!

Lasa
Apart from being served with the very nice courtesy of fruits and desert, we were also served with the chicken lasa which is actually a bow of delicious don-yum-kung type of vercillim. It suddenly removed from our mind all the usual solemn and authoritative chatacters that we would expect the court should possess. With that being placed in front, how could I resist!
喇沙
除了受到禮遇以及美味的水果招待之外，我們還能嘗試到雞肉喇沙，其實它是冬陰功的其中一種。它的魅力大得令我一下子將平時在法庭上的莊嚴與權威感都忘記了，真是無法抵擋！
馬來西亞的最低工資
世界正朝著同一個潮流發展。馬來西亞現在正就西部半島的最低工資標準立法，有可能規定每個工人每個月最低工資為900馬幣，而沙撈越和沙巴的最低工資標準則為800馬幣，他們相對於香港的立法只是落後兩年，我們香港的立法其實真的不是比別人快多少！
Minimum wages in Malaysia
The world is moving towards to the same direction now. Malaysia is now proposing to legislate for minimum wages at RM 900 per month for each worker in the western peninsula while it would be RM 800 per month in Sarawak and Sabath. They are just two years behind our legislation. We in Hong Kong are not really moving that much faster than the others!
比白雲還要白
從古晉回來的路上，在著陸之前我只能看到吉隆玻國際機場上空那些美麗的白雲！它似乎預示著我又將回到一片動盪與混沌之中，但它本身卻是有著那麼大的吸引力！
Whiter than white clouds
On my way back home from Kuching, I was amazed to see the beautiful white clouds that were over and above Kuala Lumpur international airport shortly before our landing! It seemed to be tell me that I was returning home to the turbulent mess but it was just so attractive!
A piece of Malaysian traditional musical instrument
Having just received from the Sarawak high court a miniature souvenir which is similar to our Chinese Piba, I happened to see the performance of this instrument in the evening and I quite like its sound. Pls enjoy watching this video clip.
