解放軍海軍171護航編隊剛剛完成了在索馬里海域為期5個月的任務之後，再返航大陸的基地之前應邀停靠香港。全国政协副主席董建华出席了在昂船州軍營碼頭舉行的歡迎會。我很高興能在這裡見到一眾官兵。

The Navy fleet 171 had just accomplished her 5-month mission in the open sea outside Somalia and had stopped by Hong Kong before returning to her base in the mainland. Vice Chairman C. W. Tung attended the welcome reception for the navy at Ngon Suen Chau. I was happy to be there to meet the military personnel.
