海翠花園的業主立案法團主席Lo Wai-Keung邀請我們在屋苑附近吃火鍋。這次聚會有40多枱的居民和賓客參與。我們能在該法團中看到三個優點：團隊精神、熱情及管理屋苑的優良理念。
Hot pot feast at Pierhead Garden on 28-1-12

Chairman Lo Wai-Keung of the Incorporate Owners of Pierhead Gardens invited us for a hot pot meal in his neighborhood. The gathering event was well attended by more than 40 tables of residents and guests. There were at least three genuine properties identified in the Incorporated Owners, i.e. team-spirit, passion and ideology for managing the affairs in the estate.
