CY’s heart to heart talk- 25-11-2011
On the invitation of the Guangxi Association of Professionals, CY Leung spoke at the forum about the future of Hong Kong. He highlighted on the 28 square kilometres of restricted areas along the boundary between Hong Kong and Shenzhen .
He concluded that these areas in the long corridor could be better used with a good policy in place.
