除了熱情款待我們外,我們在青島市律師協會的朋友們在接待晚宴上熱情地向我們敬酒。為了配合東道主，不管他們給我們喝什麼，我們都適量地喝一些。但是,當他們給我們的酒是酒精濃度為70%的琅琊台時，只有幾個人敢接受挑戰。Huen馬上展示這種酒能用火點燃。當這酒流進嘴裡面的時候，它馬上揮發，並好像在身體內燒著一樣。這實在太厲害了!

Law Society’s Road show in Qingdao

Amongst many other things as well as hospitality, our friends in Qingdao Lawyers Association also showed us a fine example of how to toast during a reception dinner.  Throughout the dinner we drank quite appropriately to match our hosts in whatever they gave to us to drink.  But when they offered us the Lang Ya Tai which is a white wine with 70% alcohol content there were only a few of us who dared to take up the challenge.  Straight away Huen demonstrated that it could ignite with fire.  As soon as the wine entered our mouths, it immediately evaporated and it was as if a fire had been started inside.  It was sensational!

於2011年8月28日，欒會長為我們的代表團舉辦了一場愉快的晚宴。當得知他在一個禮拜前在北京執行公務的時候從樓梯上跌落導致腿部受傷時，我感到很難過。
President Luan hosted a great dinner for our delegation on 28th August 2011.  I was sorry to hear that he had injured his leg only a week before when he fell from a stairway whilst attending official business in Beijing.

我見證了Ambrose與東道主的敬酒比賽。

Dinner with Qingdao Lawyers Association on 28-8-11
The dinner they held for us after the meeting could be described as a “full meal”.  It was quite a pleasant surprise to have abalone soup which is a famous dish in Qingdao.
