狗不理

在信託公司旁邊有一間餃子店，名叫「狗不理」，主要是賣紹興雞湯麵和小籠包。一天，我照常在屯門區議會位於良田的辦公室公幹過後，便去幫襯了一下這個店舖。店舖老闆是一對恩愛夫妻，原來都是單車發燒友。

當他們要忙於為慈善機構籌集善款的時候，他們往往會關閉店鋪數天甚至乎數個星期。他們邀請我加入他們的慈善事業，我回答說“當然”，只要我有時間，我一定會參加。

Goubuli

Next to the office of the trust, there is a dumpling restaurant called, Goubuli (literally “dogs don’t pay attention/dogs ignore”) Shaoxing Chicken Noodles and Xiaolongbao.

I visited the restaurant on the 1st August 2011 after working at my Tuen Mun District Councillor’s office at Leung Tin.  It was interesting to find out that the restaurant owners were a sweet couple who were keen bike riders as well.  They would very often close their shop for days and even weeks whenever they felt the urge to raise funds for charity.  They appealed to me to join them for this good cause in the future to which I replied that if I was available to do so, “Yes certainly!”.
