由港區省級政協委員聯誼會專業委員會舉辦，並由唐英年先生主持的午餐會於2011年6月23日舉行。

在午餐會上，署理行政長官唐英年先生談到了在國家第十二個五年計劃下，珠三角地區專業人士的機遇。他說這將是一個巨大的我們必須要抓住的機會。當被問道香港特區政府是否會積極地參與深圳前海項目的時候，他堅定地說“是”。

At the luncheon, the Acting Chief Executive, Mr. Henry Tang addressed us on the opportunities for professionals in the Pearl River Delta under the 12th Five Years Plan. He said that it would be enormous but we would need to grab the chance.  When asked whether HKSAR would willingly and actively participate in the Qianhai Project he answered with a resolute yes.
