作為內地法律事務委員會的主席，我在4月20日到國立中山大學法學院會見羅劍雯教授，一起討論我們香港律師會委託中大法學院一個研究小組研究出來的《香港律師事務所在珠江三角洲地區業務發展》研究報告，這次聚會非常重要，因為我們香港律師會將會在數日後召開一個記者招待會，公佈這份研究報告。我們希望此報告會對珠江三角洲地區未來的發展起到一定的作用。此報告還有另外一個目的和任務，就是為香港律師爭取到內地執業鋪一條較為簡單的道路，祝我們好運！

Visiting National Sun Yat-sen University
As the chair of MLAC, I went to visit Professor Luo on 20th April to finalise the contents of our report on the Hong Kong Legal Services in the Pearl River Delta Area. This was essential as we would do a press conference and release our study on the area on that occasion. Hopefully, the report would lay down certain cornerstones for our future development in the region. Another aim and objective of the report was to appeal for an easier way for localisation of Hong Kong lawyers in the mainland. Let’s keep our fingers crossed!!
