今早坐我旁邊的是Anthony 和Alvin等。我們聽取張中希的建議了解如何擔任好一位公証人，例如，與法律事務中的律師代表一方利益不同，公證人需要以中立的態度處理雙方的問題 ，以及採取所有必需要的措施來避免含糊的地方，防止潛在的日後紛爭。
Practical and RME course of CAAO
As said before, Saturday is actually not for taking a break but rather for a quick-fix. It is very often the best time for enhancing one’s knowledge by attending the CPD courses.
Together with me this morning I have Anthony and Alvin etc sitting next to me at the CAAO course. We listened to Mr. Chong Zhong Xi for tips as to how to perform our role as an attesting officer, i.e., to act neutral as opposed to being a legal representative for one client and to take all necessary steps to prevent ambiguity and potential conflict in the future.
